From the conception, to the end of the project, Jim had a really tight rein and great communication with all aspects of the design and build. The payment plan was clear, the extras were catered for with advice and precision and the end result exceeded our expectations.

The team that worked on-site were punctual, hard working, organised, efficient, respectful, talented and kind.

Problems were ironed out in a phone call and all stages were explained well.

We couldn’t (and still can’t) believe how they dramatically improved our house in just over 8 weeks!

Jim provided us with an excellent rundown of the project, followed by a detailed quote that left us satisfied. From start to finish, he handled all the planning, calculations, and submissions, alleviating the stress of the build entirely. Our only tasks upon completion were painting and carpeting the loft, which took approximately 8 weeks. Jim and his team were phenomenal, from start to finish. Had plans before seeing Jim and regret paying for them before seeing him. We got the most from the space and they listened to our needs and objectives. Stuck to their price and finished on time. Communication was top drawer and with 4 kids adding another floor to the house it was minimal disruption- can’t recommend this company highly enough. If you are thinking of a loft conversion give Jim and team a call. You won’t regret it. Happy for anyone to come and see what they’ve done-give him a call and come round and see.

Overall a very good experience. Everyone involved with the build, i.e. Jim, builders, window fitters, electricians, plumber and the back office team have been friendly, professional, responsive and very good at what they do.

The build hasn't been without its challenges but the team have worked together to overcome these, bringing our vision to life and finished to a very high standard.
